ROLE DESCRIPTION:
We are a busy, hard-working and fun (yes, insurance can be fun:)) office, and we are looking to add a great person to our team. Please apply if you have at least your Colorado P&C license. This position does not require sales. It does require a good attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task. We are looking for someone who can provide exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
